The name is a combination of slow + err.

The latter contains all the features that make a word beautiful to me: old, monosyllabic, expansive and ambiguous: to wander, to make a mistake.

The former keeps becoming a dialectical response to our current times: at once an attempt to embrace and detach from.

Hence the blend seems to me like a good way to inhabit our sense of freedom.

Hello, my name is Daniel Alvarez Gorozpe and I delayed this site until I couldn’t.

I have more questions than I am willing to share and, despite not considering myself a writer, I’ve known since I was a teenager that I need to do it to function. But don’t let such conviction mislead you, I have tried to neglect it many times before. For example, I bought two domain names for this site, then changed my mind about each one of them leaving both to expire. So this is also me telling myself that is enough —and relying on you, the readers, to hold me accountable.
